One child at a time. First and last name are required. If the child is already registered by the other parent, tick that and enter the child code. Say if they are in all-day care, if they do not eat pork, and if they come from GMI (EEE), a single-parent family, a vulnerable group or a large family. Use “Add child” for siblings.

Special category (optional)

Tick if the child comes from GMI (EEE), a single-parent family, a vulnerable group or a large family. You may select more than one.

This child is already registered (for example by the other parent). A second child record is not created. Enter the child code from the other parent’s portal. Child code The other parent finds it in the portal (Children), or the association can give it to you.

Check that the details are correct. Use Back if something needs changing.
